My botanical-based collection of essentials provide soothing hand, foot and body rituals. I know a thing or two about foot pain and swelling. I used to suffer from severe swelling and pain in my feet. Daily foot soaks with early recipes of my current foot soaks eased my stretched and puffy skin. The scent of citrus and spearmint soothed my anxiety allowing me to simply relax. This alone calmed my spirit."
